Construction Nearing Completion

Construction at Southern River Square Shopping Centre is now 85% complete with Coles scheduled to open February 2022. McDonald’s is expected to open for trade 1st December 2021 closely followed by Ascolta Early Learning & Care which is scheduled to open January 2022. The highly anticipated neighbourhood shopping centre is over 80% leased and under offer.
